NeuroFit Summer Strong

A 6-week strength, cardio, and balance program for Individuals living with Parkinson's disease

Six weeks. One small group. Programming built by a neuro-physical therapist who actually knows what your body is up against.

You don't need another generic workout.

You've tried the apps, the videos, the well-meaning advice to just stay active. And you've felt how none of it was built for a brain and body navigating Parkinson's. The intensity is off, the moves ignore balance, and nobody tells you how hard is hard enough. So you push too hard and pay for it for three days, or you go easy and quietly wonder if any of it is doing a thing.

We built Summer Strong for exactly that gap.

This is fixable, and there is a right dose for it.

The research here is not vague. Exercise at the right intensity actually changes how the Parkinson's brain works, and the SPARX trial showed it is higher-effort training that moves the needle, not gentle movement. The catch is that "higher effort" has to be calibrated to you, not to a one-size plan off the internet. That calibration is what we call the optimal movement zone: enough to create real change, not so much that it wrecks your week. Summer Strong is six weeks of training inside that zone, built on the same ACSM and APDA guidelines we use one on one.

What you get over the 6 weeks

💪 A daily plan in your app, so you always know exactly what to do and never have to guess.

💪 Two to three cardio sessions a week at a prescribed intensity, plus three strength workouts (upper, lower, and total body), each with a warm-up, movement prep, power work, and your main lifts.

💪 Balance and agility work built in, because that is the part generic programs skip and the part your nervous system needs most.

💪 A live group call every Wednesday night, where we coach, adjust, answer your questions, and you get to be in a room with women who get it.

💪 Real education on how to read your own effort, so you finish these six weeks knowing how to train, not just remembering what we told you to do last Tuesday.

Who this is for?

People with Parkinson's or young-onset Parkinson's who are done with beige advice and want real programming with a clinician in their corner. You do not need to be an athlete. You need to be willing to show up.

Who it is not for?

If you want something passive that asks nothing of you, this is not your program, and that is completely okay. We will happily point you toward something gentler.

Why NeuroFit?

Summer Strong is led by a doctor of physical therapy who treats Parkinson's every single day. No trainer who took a weekend course, no algorithm guessing at your needs. Every session is dosed and progressed the way we would do it in a one-on-one plan of care, just in a small group that keeps it affordable.

The details!

Starts Monday, July 13. First group call Wednesday, July 15, then every Wednesday night through August 19.

$150 for the full six weeks.

Limited to 15 individuals, on purpose, so the group stays small enough that we actually see you.

Enrollment closes July 11, or sooner if we fill up.

We would love to have you in the room.
